The game-changer for my skin

While I was always conscious about my looks, I never had the best skin. When I was in secondary school, I frequently attempted to cover my outbreaks with concealer, and that habit carried forward to when I was in JC, where I started applying bb cream on a daily basis. (Light) makeup was the only thing I could rely on for me to go to school without feeling the slightest bit of embarrassment. However, that only made my skin worse, to the extent that my dad brought me to the dermatologist. I was prescribed with oral and topical medication, which wasn't exactly a long term solution to my outbreaks.  When I started uni, my sleep cycle was wrecked. My hormones were imbalanced and that broke me out even more. I realized that if I slept past 1am, my propensity to breakout increased. However, I just wasn't able to sleep before the said timing.
